I've got one for my 335d in stainless steel surplus to requirements if anyone interested. You can see the models it fits in pic. £38 delivered in uk.

I still dont get it. How is possible that there is no error from egr sensor. since it recognize, that there is no smoke returning to engine?

Because the way the system works on the 335d means it doesn't actually measure actual exhaust gasses - just the fact the actuation method is working and connected.
In this case its a small pressure converter / vacuum draw. Once blocked off but left connected the need for the EGR and associated pipe work has gone.
The car still thinks its working the actuator for the EGR so doesn't throw a light.

The only car/engine that doesn't overly like the EGR removal is the 2.5l 6 cylinder 25d engine found in such cars like the 525d

That needs removing then mapping out

Just a stupid question, why can't we just cut power to the EGR valve by unplugging the connector to it? Besides a check engine light what can happen ?
