How are your subframe bushings? Id say at that mileage it is about time to look into replacing. Still feel firm or squishy back there?

Rear subframe bushing really should never wear out. Visually they're fine and they have about as much flex as they did stock. Upper shock mounts are the quick wearing parts. I've replaced mine before but didn't really include it in my list since it's not a major repair.

About to do brake flush, coolant flush, spark plugs, oil change next month, and replace control arms to M3 due to bushings almost worn out.

You go THAT long inbetween oil changes and you haven't had any major issues? I just went 18,000 kms (about 11,500 mi) and I felt guilty.....

OP:
139,000 kms

All fluids swapped around 100,000 kms. New plugs at 110,000 kms. Only real service issues were broken valve cover bolt (fixed under CPO warranty) and I had a sticky intake Vanos solenoid which was fixed easily by a cleaning all done DIY.

Yup. What, you don't trust BMW? If I changed my oil every 5,000 miles I'd be doing it about every 6 weeks. 8 times a year, no thanks.

About 800 a week, but I do drive a bike and my truck a few times a year. And it is not just all highway miles. There's a good 25 miles of fast back roads and a good 20 miles of stop and go.
