ahh i see, good point but unfortunately it's not my case. I keep my phone in front of my steering wheel where my eye's focus point are on the road and my peripheral vision is on my phone just enough to know what i'm typing. (and sometimes if it gets too complicated, i just wait at the red traffic light to text). I would NEVER text and drive on a freeway at same time. that's definitely dangerous. Anyways.. don't have the energy to argue with a law student.

I hate when they send me the mortgage bill almost 1.5 months early...and i thought oh shit its time....but when i looked at the due date...its July 1...when they sent the mail in late May....

Yea I paid 2. She sees two payments and now says I need to fax in a copy of my bank statement to show that the check has cleared in order to get my money bank. I'm like wtf? You see two payments there. As a financial institution I find it pretty ridiculous that you want me to fax in my bank statement to get my money bank when you see two payments.

I feel like shit and I don't have access to a fax machine right now.

fax or snail mail only. im like wtf, it's the digital age man! This is why I canceled BofA banking 10 years ago. They have the worst customer service. Wells is so much better.

at least when i dealt with my loan officer at BofA Home Loans...we use email and attachments to send signed documents back and forth.....so its not too bad....

yay, first day of class. I hope that tuesday $1 spam musubi deal is still going on..

but darn, i hope you get your money back. Fax isn't that bad, I think its cause they just want to make sure you actually have the original copy at hand. But nothing bad about paying money in advance, at least you don't have to worry about it next time its due and have that extra money there. If i can, I always pay all my bills first hand. And just set up automatic transfers, that way, you never worry about it.

Well email copy is a direct .pdf from the bank. They are just being lazy.

I setup auto transfer but accidently put two in there. Paying money in advance is fine and dandy but a mortgage is a lot of money.
