ok sounds good..like i was telling nabil..my goal isnt to become the hulk..just loose the fat and stay trimmed....like i was in high school i guess( i miss high school)

well, then change the part about doing 10-20 heavy sets to gain mass, to 20-30 lighter weight sets. Lighter wieght sets will burn fat around your muscles, heavy weight sets will induce mass building. So if you want to just tighten and trim yourself up, I suggest power walking and joging often, along with light wieght sets and a good diet.

Work out balls are great, simple, and super cheap ways to work wonders for your abs.
You know, those giant beach ball looking ones. Just sit on one, let your body roll back so that your back is laying on the ball, and do sit ups in all different directions to work out the different parts of your core.
