well then thats good homie, just dont sweat it bro. . . . who cares if it aint manual, you have the paddles and they're plenty fun. Hell, I test drove both before I special ordered my car and i actually CHOSE to order the step/sport with paddles over the manual.

Bro, manual is fun. . . . but what about late night drives when your tired as fuck, or when your on a date with a girl, or when theres traffic. Nothing against manual trannies, and I'd buy one, but I just like the idea of having the paddles and all that. . . seems to suit a 21st century "high tech" car better then a manual tranny.

I know we dont have an SMG or DCT tranny, but look at all the major companies who are offering those as performance options, like the GTR. It is the wave of the future and truly does out perform a manual tranny.

I took a major Audi track guy for a ride in my car and he was honestly so impressed with how fast the tranny was, but that was when i had V3 too.

i think van needs an engine tune. . . . he's bored with the car and the auto tranny can be boring when it's stock. I know this because im coming from V2 and V3, and now stock. Get a Dinan stg II flash (to be safe as far as warranty shit goes) and then see what you think. The tranny will be freaking fast and fun as hell man, trust me. . . . .

Honestly man, I dont think so. . . I like BMW and that car too much, considering all my options were lesser cars. I would have been selling a gorgeous 335 for older generation and out dated, slower, lesser performing cars. . . awesome cars, but down grades IMO.

B7 S4, E46 M3, and Z4 M coupe are awesome. . . . .but not as much my 335, IMO

drove my friend's parent's E350 to crystal cove last night for dinner. . ..

Liked how smooth it was, didnt like the throttle feel while in regular D mode, and didnt like the plastic'y and flimsy feeling of the turn signal and windshield whipper stick. Drove it like I was driving the president though, so I have nothing to comment about it's handling or anything else, plus it was raining. And the A/C controls are not driver friendly. . . they require too many buttons to press to do simple things and they are placed in bad positions, making it dangerous for the driver.

Oh yea for sure, I wasnt even trying to compare it to a 3'er in terms of driving excitement because they obviously dont compare. I dunno. . . I guess when it comes to me and Mercedes, it either has to be an AMG or nothing (not that I own an AMG or ever have)
