never ran it! i used to use bel ray h1r synthetic, but i use yamalube in my kids quad, its not bad, nothing special, its keeps it running lol

yea it was rough, he put a pro circuit pipe and silencer and v-force reeds on it (suggested by me lol) and i told him he needs to re jet, but of course he said it was fine, well the idle circuit and slow jet are too rich, so it bog's below half throttle, so you have to beat the clutch to death to over come it, he said he never heard the bike scream like that lol

yeah I think yamalube has come a long way, but h1r was pretty good. I always ran red line, motul, or I can not remember what that stuff was called!!! DAMN!IT CONCUSSIONS!!!!!

that bike definitely reminded me how bad the first generation aluminum frame was! the bike flexed, handled like shit, it was just plain work to ride, i have ridden steel frame 250's and they were fine, and i rode 02 125' and 250 aluminum frame honda's, and they were good

hahahahhh. pro circuit on that bike prolly gave less bottom end, I think pc on cr was good for mid to top, so you were prolly really hurting!

elf was the best you can buy, but they stopped selling it in america for a while, you had to special order it, and it was EXPENSIVE!! i think i still have a gallon of it lol

his needle and main are good, top end is not a problem, he is just too rich on the idle circuit, so he needs to order the next size down slow jet, and move the needle clip on the needle up one notch, and it will run like a dream!
