C-los...ill type the instructions...just in case

1) open hood
2) lift hood
3) look at hood latches (on the hood itself)...two on the sides, one in the middle w/spring
4) take phillips screwdriver and unscrew the plastic black base to the left and right latch hook (on the hood)...but be careful not to drop anything into your engine bay..there are 3 pieces...black plastic housing, a screw, and a screw sleeve
5) Screw the hooks in evenly (ie...2-3 turns on the left one...same on right side)
6) put the plastic piece back on
7) test hood closure...and if its not closed enough yet, readjust again

***optional #8) remove the two rubber strips that are above your kidney grills (they slide off)...and go to home depot and in the hardware section get a little plastic package of automotive rubber weather strip (7.99). Cut two pieces and stick them down where the old rubber strips were...that way you can really screw the latches in far and get the hood real tight while still having the seal

no they are the same... msport has perforated leather though.. I asked the same thing when I got mine and evan@tischer told me they were identical on the inside.
