Roasted red pepper hummus is ok. My go to is the everything bagel hummus. Mrs Hubba said she had a brain fart and forgot.😂

My wife made some sort of bean medley thingy in the crock pot two nights ago. Last night she grilled some carne in a pan with onions and chile and then I mixed it all together in a Tupperware and brought to work. Sorry, pics of the dirty Tupperware seem inappropriate.

We went to a "beer dinner" last night at place in downtown OKC. This was their 2nd one, we also went to the first. 4 courses, each one had it's own beer pairing. Plus we got a glass to take home, I have no idea how they make money at only $45/person.
1st: Spinach and Kale salad, with craisins, candied walnuts, and an apple cider vinagirette. 2nd: Mussels in a spicy coconut curry sauce with toasty bread 3rd: Seared duck breast with smoked brocolinni and acorn squash puree 4th: Blondie (cookie/brownie kind of a hybrid) with vanilla ice cream and nutella fudge sauce. |
