haha, yeah its been a while, been having a lot of bad luck lately. just when my ribs finally felt like a million bucks, i got hit at an intersection on my triumph 675 , broke my clav, fractured my skull and broke my wrist of all things, but luckily in one piece..i think i may just be done riding for good. all in all things are good, btw i'd like to see the steels make it to the bowl again..but..

Hammer Strength Bench Press - 4 sets
Incline Dumbbell Press - 4 sets
Decline Cable Flys - 4 sets

Shoulders
Smith Machine Military Press - 4 sets
Standing Cable Upright Rows - 4 sets
Front Raises Cable - 4 sets

Went pretty heavy in all sets, not messing around, if I am gonna be sore, at least I worked hard and have no regrets.

I will be on all free weights next week. Should be good. I am not feeling real strong right now (for obvious reasons), but feeling very solid and my body seems willing to take on the abuse I will be throwing at it again now that I am back in the gym.

your chest routine resembles the perfect lifts required to build solid mass, this will be my routine starting next week and will follow it for about a month maybe 3 weeks, and then I will switch it up and continue pressing thru.
