Waiting is tough whenever you want something. It is like knowing something you really want is under the Christmas tree. What is important is that M-Force is putting in the extra effort to make this perfect.

Mach- I have sent you numerous pm's regarding a refund of my deposit over the past two weeks and you have promised in two different replies that you would process it. I have sent you my paypal information twice. Why are you now not replying to my pm's and why have you not issued the refund? I would greatly appreciate it if you would simply issue my refund via paypal.

I did not receive the pm. It seems odd to me that you are the only vendor that I have ever had any issues with pm's mysteriously not being received.

You told me the same thing in regards to 'speaking to the office' over a week ago, and then last week you said that you would process the refund yourself which is why you asked for my paypal account information which I sent twice.

I have now sent a request for money through paypal to pploveching@hotmail.com since this extremely simple transaction seems to be so difficult to complete.

its not a epic fail...product will be delivered as stated perfect fitment...I am very confident that it will happen with the next revision of the skirts....Waiting a little longer for a product to be perfect isn't that bad especially when you get it installed and get rave reviews of how great your car looks!!

cn555ic, I don't think M-Force would argue that the initial time frame has not been met. I don't think this probably has gone exactly as they planned, but such is life. I think what is important is that we get a side skirt that fits perfectly without modification and I am confident M-Force will do just that.
