I guess I am under the beleif that if you mod it, it is your responsibility regardless of being seen or not. Seems like the ethical thing to me.

Do you have any testing done w/ 93oct? What's the est whp on 93oct no meth, for real world driving situations? If I understand correctly, meth injection won't help (w/ 110oct) as you're already at the limits of the fuel system? Well...., lower IATs for a lil more HP, but not dramatic gains as you can't turn up the boost any further?

Way to be way defensive over nothing.
Here are the facts: You made 440whp when running it to 6k, at that boost level, that is not impressive at all, stockers hit that. On the 7k run, you made what 422ish, better then stock, 2400dollars better though? some say yes, ill say no. Push these turbos past the stock turbo limits and I will BET my ass you will not hold power to 7k, you arnt even doing it now on the 420 run, which wasnt till 7k to begin with. Any estimates to how high these can be pushed to begin with? You said positive and negative replies are welcome, don't take it personal. |

Remember something else.. There is more to an engine setup than just the turbo.. You cant expect stock cams to hold power til 8k rpm just because the turbos holds boost til 8k.. These turbos CLEARLY hold power much closer to redline than stockers and are a huge gain on top end.. Even if you shift the car at 6800 it stays on full power no problem.. |

It's also worth noting that the dyno MAP sensor calibrations are approx .8psi higher than the Procede calibrations. So when the Procede was run at 18psi, the dyno logged almost 19psi.
And for the last several runs (17psi and up), methanol was inadvertently disabled. I really wish I had another day with the car. But I'm sure Mike will post up final results with everything working as it should. |

As for timing, once it sees racegas and meth, its maxed out as no tune actually advances timing as of yet. I never said stockers hit 422whp at redline, but 20whp is not worth 2400 plus 1k to insall these thing. However people have different opinions, you just happen not to like mine. Btw, did you ignore the part where i said you are about 60-80whp off from other upgraded set ups? |

HEre is an example of a Race gas tune and similar power on Race gas..
PROcede v4 Autotuning AMS Intercooler AMS Catback Exhaust VK Downpipes CP-E Charge pipe/Tial BOV DCI 100 octane ~19psi From 5500 to 7000 its more like 60+hp and on 450hp car its like 90hp on top.. Do you know what that looks like in car lengths thru 4 gears or 5 or 6 gears on the highway.. I dont know about you but for 2400 Ill take 5-6 car lengths over a similar modded 335.. Depends on how hardcore you are about being FASTER than the guy next to you.. Even look at the TQ @ 6500rpm.. thats ours is still at 350 and the stockers at 300.. |
