I'm still interested in this CF trim, but not have any luck with the splitter GB, I'm going to wait until I receive the CF Splitter first before going with this one, thanks.

How many payments do you need before you start making the trim?

Are the factory pieces removable in good condition- in other words, can this be swapped out if/when the car is sold?
I don't want to remove what should be 8 pieces of the wood trim and end up with 12!

So....those of us who adhered to your 4-day deadline to pay to stay on the group-by have basically floated you an interest free loan, and everyone else is getting off scott free? Those of us who actually paid effectively get punished because no one else will pay, so we have paid out money with no idea when the parts will even start production????? Next time, you should add some teeth to the deadline, eg - pay within 4 days or your price goes up, because as it stands, you just end up with more disgruntled customers because you aren't following through on your end of the deal as you stated it.

Please relax, in order for there to be a GB there has to be GB, in this case, in order to get this price we needed a minimum of ten, so far we have 4, not even half. If you wish I can issue refunds, we don't need the money for any loan. We can also wait to see if the rest of the people are going to join or not. It's up to you.

This GB has just been extremely frustrating so far. We were threatened with removal from the group buy if we didn't pay in 4 days, and so far, only 4 people have paid. There haven't been many updates to this thread. SO, to those of you who haven't paid up, if you don't start paying up this week, I am going to request a refund and unforunately for the others who have already paid, send this group buy in the other direction. And if I seem a little uppety about this, it is because I have a lot going on right now post surgery, and I don't want $530 to just vanish because no one has been paying attention to this thread.

I understand your grievances, I am truly sorry that the other members who signed up for the GB are not following thru. I hope we see some result by the end of the week.

Well, I haven't seen any additional traffic on this thread, and it is Friday (7PM for me). I'm tired of waiting for this group buy, plus we are starting to look into buying a new house for when we return to the states, so I will just take a refund. I will issue the request from paypal.

It is a shame that this group buy had to fall apart. I did my best to keep this thread at the top so maybe people would see it and go "Oh yeah, I need to pay"

If it were 1, 2 or even 3 people, well, you could say "Maybe they got busy", but 5 or 6? In the future, if you change your mind, have the decency to TELL PEOPLE (kw335i, you are the exception). My refund has been issued in PayPal just waiting for the credit to hit (thanks bav)

This is the kind of situation that made me leery of being in my first major group buy, and because of this experience, I won't be involved in any mre any time soon
