Steve, for the WG rattle perhaps the service bulletin that's supposedly out will fix it? Did you read that thread?

Yeah... I could get that done... I'd have to swap out my DP's for stock DP's though... maybe I'll consider doing that... I'm already on my 3rd set of turbo's (for wastegate rattle)... it always just comes back though =/ I'll see if Rob has any fixes software wise... the wastegate rattle was almost nonexistent with the last BMW software... now with this new updated BMW software and Cobb, it's worse than ever...

I"m running a JB4 standalone. No issues. My car is at the body shop so I haven't driven it in a week, but hopefully soon Got plenty of meth sitting here waiting to be burnt heh.

I'd much rather run the AP and bug Irish to tweak the various maps for me, but they're too busy to be bothered custom tuning my freak set of RBs with the uber-tight wastegates. I'll be sure to give the AP another whirl when ATR comes out.

It looks really good other than that timing flatline after the shift. Are you manual or Auto?

Weird. Do your wastegates tick just on the newly flashed stock map? Apparently, the lagfix maps tend to tick if you run them with a tune. However, I don't have this concern and I had the latest BMW software installed before both Cobb and Dinan.

If they tick with no tune installed, you can try adjusting the nut on the wastegate actuator arm:
