i have one on order but it is not the best deal. other dealers got me a "better" deal, meaning about 10 bucks cheaper a month.
My CA told me he'll be able to work something out to beat them, but that doesnt sound definite to me. So i do not know if i should ditch the car, or go for it. |

You're supposed to negotiate before you order. That being said, your best bet is to not rest on your laurels and talk to your CA now. If it doesn't sound definite, talk to him now, before waiting until your car arrives. Get the deal you are comfortable with and get it in writing.
What deal is he offering you?

You can still negotiate other things before you pickup the car.
Bank/Acquisition fee Money Factor (You aren't necessarily locked in, you can get the best rate before you pickup the car), but at least you know how much if any the dealer is marking up. Just because the base money factor is .00xxxx doesn't mean you will get it. How much off MSRP etc. etc.

MF = is that base rate? How mcuh are they marking up. How much is the bank fee? Why is his deal more expensive when other dealers are willing to do it at the same price (MSRP)? There's something missing here. 0 down, correct?

i have no problem in walking away. Fuck him. i still have my car, it's not like I NEED it. i'll just go to another one.
i thought by the time the car comes the G37, audi A5/S5 will be out, so the market for 335 will drop down a bit, and they'll ease up on #'s |

If you're not worried about waiting for a car, then why don't you just do European Delivery? It is BELOW U.S. invoice? Just take off for a weekend or a few days.
Down = Down payment, which doesn't include your first/last/fees.

well i guess, those cars aren't fully out/released as of yet, so the dealers will milk the e92 335 for everything they can still. it'll take dealers sitting on some 335's for a while before they start marking them down

Dealer allows what the market allows them to sell the car for, you can't blame them for that.

I had a decent deal upon ordering my car, then the tides turned when the car arrived and CA was on vacation. Fortunatly I negotiated a better deal with this new CA. |

nice!! I'm glad my CA was pretty straightforward and honest. I probably could have found a slightly better deal elsewhere, but the service i received from him made it absolutely worth any money I "could have" saved. |

I'm glad to hear. On many occasions, penny pinching is just not worth it.
