The dust and airborne particles 300+ miles West of you in CO. There was a huge and deep cloud bank hundreds of miles offshore Thursday here.

I took this through my sunroof, but through the viewfinder, it looked like he was coming right at me

He was probably only about 4 feet above my van as he glided down toward the marsh behind me.

Nice! I also just rebuilt my rig about a month or so ago.....long time AMD person but switched over to a Kaby Lake i7. I also made the jump to Win10. I had used Win 8/8.1 before some the 'tile' crap wasn't new. Overall, not too bad. Not sure why they ditched the 'Guest' account in it, though.

B&H shows the MkIII as "Processing", so I hope it goes out the door today. I'll let you know when I get it.

I also order the FE 2.0x teleconverter and it's been shipped. I'll let you know how that works out. A Sony rep told me that it'll still AF at f/11. If so, I may have an EF 500 and an EF 1.4x and 2.0x teleconverter for sale.
