Looks a lot like the one we bought for our condo. We like it a lot except the cycle times seem to be very long.

Just upgraded to the Pixel 7 Pro from the 6 pro; though not proven, I was having connectivity issues with the 6 pro, otherwise, excellent phone. These are the colors of the phones...

Couple of Eve Thread-based light switches. The wifi-based Wemo switches I have are ok most of the time, but they tend to need a long time to recover from power blips or any network disruption. I'm hoping these Thread-based switches will be more robust.

Nice! I use the Leviton branded switches and plugs. I love them!

My interior light switches have no neutral wires, so I use the Lutron Caseta switches for them. My outside lights all have neutrals, so these Eve switches will work there. The Caseta switches are rock solid dependable, but I'm not big on the action of the switch itself. You need to push the top button or the bottom button, which makes it hard t do with an elbow if you're carrying something. These Eve switches are just contact switches. Touch them anywhere and the lights turn on or off.

That's a really cool feature and definitely ideal for those elbow moments.

I got a panel of 4 light swtiches. Would I be able to add this switch to this panel?

I ask becasue it uses one 4 gang wall plate. I'm assuming it should fit flush as a regular switch.

They usually fit in like any other switch. I have a Wemo and two Casetas in a three gang switch. So yeah, I assume it'll work fine in a four gang switch.

Thumbs up

Time for a new mattress. Decided to go with these after trying several in person.
Decided to replace our King with Twin XLs for an eventual adjustable frame. They were the coolest (literally draws heat from the body) feeling and great edge support and excellent motion transfer. 18in thick. Exceptional value. 20 Year warranty (I change out every 6-7yrs).
I then purchased a pair of nice cooling mattress covers, and new set of Bamboo Sheets. Gonna be sleeping like a hibernating Bear this Winter!

Oh wow his car is absolutely gorgeous. Love the engine setup and those enormous 35 brakes. Thank you for sharing! Yeah I totally agree with you. With the going rate for these things, it's definitely more of a passion project than a logical one.

Great pics. What made you decide to go to the plug in model from an M340?

OK.... So we definitely slept much cooler. Naturally a new mattress, especially that is so different than the previous, will take some getting used to. Gimme a week for a accurate review.

I'm looking forward to your review because I think I'm ready for a change myself. I'm on one of the Sealy-Certa iComfort mattresses. It's a hybrid foam/cooling gel/etc.

Thanks! Good question...the M340i was a great car, just not for my particular needs at the moment or next 12 months. In a sedan I need more comfort, efficiency and lower appearance maintenance. The sportiness factor won't be missed as I still have the 2022 M4 Comp.

The M340 was black...I thought I could maintain the weekly washes but couldn't. PLUS, it being a plug-in it offers premier parking at many establishments.

Did you have to deal with any of those new subscription options, like heated seats or whatnot?

I don't know if that's a thing………..yet. When we ordered my lady's M440i a week ago, those options didn't require a subscription.
