Was about this time last year that i last posted in here after getting new wheels. Must be something about Christmas that gives me the modding bug lol. But have finally got some new additions to my ride.
First was a Duke Dynamics style quad CF diffuser off ebay. Fitment is not great as you'd expect, but its not completely terrible. The tabs are inconsistent so wont clip in properly. I think they just need to be filed down abit. So atm i've just drilled holes and bolted it on. Will fix up the tabs next time i can be assed and get it somewhat flush. Having needed to get quad tips installed anyway, i decided to bite the bullet and get a muffler delete done. Whole setup cost me a very reasonable $300, including supply of the quad tips which were $90 each. So would have been even cheaper if i waited and bought my own tips off ebay, but i was too keen to get everything done asap lol. For those in Melbourne, i got it done at Exhaust World in North Melbourne. Absolute top blokes. They initially quoted me $330, but it took them abit less time than they thought and dropped it down to $300 flat. They're around the corner from me so i literally dropped the car off, walked home, played GTA V for about 40 mins, then got the call to pick up the car. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and all the reviews online seem to indicate they do quality, honest work at very reasonable prices. The sound?? So i live in an apartment complex and the car is parked undercover. I think its safe to say i wont be getting Christmas cards from any of my neighbours this year lol (i have Catless DP's as well). The sound is pretty much what i was expecting (maybe abit louder), but the enhanced snap, crackle and pops...WOW. Music to the ears. Also the supposed drone is overrated, and is minimal at best. Now i just need to get my CSL boot on (yes i still havent installed it after having it for almost 2 year now lol), grab some LCI lights and the booty will be complete. Although dont be surprised if they get done about this time next year lol But enough talk...this is a thread for pics (sorry no videos of the muffler delete just yet as i dont want to get evicted from my apartment): |

That's one of those "Gerni high pressure cleaner with snow foam lance and Mint shampoo" wraps. Pretending to be "hands free" time saving tree hugging family friendly car wash accessory.
In reality just adds extra 30min to your car wash. But still fun and I would do it again. |
