No, 10k is the longest I've tried. I could probably run a half, but I'm afraid to. And, the way I figure it, if its over 10 miles, that's a bike ride or a drive fo sho.

mehhh... I hear if you can do 10k fairly well and just increase your run by about .5 mile per week for like 2-3 months you're fine once you can do like 13-15 miles... your body conditioning just keeps you going for the rest. The mental part is the hardest.

Seth, I didn't want to pay a lot for winter shit so I hit up my mom lol. I asked for an early christmas and bday present so she said I got a G to work with. Then it got me thinking, why not spend that G on something else and me just pay for a set of winter tires and slap em on the stock 189's. Thoughts?
Los, I thought about a set like yours...but then I'd be you WI twin w/out the aero lip lol. I wasn't sure about the black and red but they don't look that bad do they? |

That doesn't look that bad. Do u have another set of wheels to put ur summers tires on. I wouldn't keep changing tires in the same rim. PITA. How much is the set u were looking to get

I say you get the winters and throw them on your OEM's and save for a set of better rims for the better weather.

I know it's gonna be a pain...I was just gonna get a different set of summer wheels and buy tires in the spring but I dont want to get wheels before I get coilovers. If I want with the time attack set, it would only cost me $300 outta pocket and that includes wheels, tires, mounted/balanced, and tpms, and shipped to my door. Los how much did you pay? Al, I don't want to get wheels before suspension...I think the front rake on the xi will be horrible if I threw 19's on there. Believe me, the thought did cross my mind! |
