Why are you taking whey protein right after cardio/fat burn? Protein is for bulking up. You don't need to do that.

My routine?
M-Fri - Jiujitsu or Cardio Kickboxing. I might miss a day or two but I just started the beginning of last week and so far I've only missed two. Once because my body needed to rest and the other time to visit my newborn nephew. For now I'm just getting back into shape so I don't see myself altering my routine for awhile.

Once I feel I need more conditioning, I will put in some time after the gym or run 3 miles or so in the morning (under 25 min). There will be a time when I want to bulk up but I want to lose 15+ lbs first. My goal is 15 lbs in 2 months. I think I have about 20 to lose to get pretty lean. What I'm basically trying to achieve is to be able to grapple several matches in a row without my body holding me back. It's tough, grappling IMNSHO is one of the most physically challenging exercises out there.

all right....Ive decided my next mod...Coilovers....after the experience tonight...I realize that i cant do any performance upgrade without improving the car's handling first...
