Let's see what your thoughts are when there is a problem.

I agree many will buy and never have to speak to them again, they will not see what the issue is, but many it turns into a hell.

I think we can sum up that you went in, bought a car you wanted and have had no issues, so for you they have been great.

I have read about these guys for the last few years and some of the stories are shocking for such a big set up.

Think yourself lucky.

It looks that the new guy "knows" the owner?...or did I misread?...

Anyway, I'm on lots of car forums....and normally my first few posts would be about asking for advice or similar threads....

definitely, I wouldn't start posting on threads where people have had issues and start "fighting" for a random company....

I think it's well known that Big Motoring is a well fucked up company....consider yourself lucky if you're a "real" customer and have had no issues with them!...

All cars will encounter some sort of problem eventually. You just wouldn't expect to have issues in the first few months if the car was half decent.

Apologies if I haven't made it clear enough but I stumbled across this forum when I searched for BMWorld in Google. I therefore decided to add to the discussion by posting feedback on my experience. I didn't join the forum as an enthusiast, just to report my experience because I came across this forum before I purchased. Where is the crime? Why do I need to introduce myself as a newbie?

Sorry to break it to you Columbo but 1) I don’t know the owner as I have no connection whatsoever to BMWorld and 2) who’s fighting for a random company? Tragically I’m being goaded about posting feedback from my experience because it wasn’t about what a terrible experience I had. Is it so wrong that I should defend accusations of being someone I’m not?????

I’m grateful that so far I appear to be one of the lucky ones but I don’t need to be treated like a ***t, it’s a forum, I’m free to post my experience, positive or negative. :/

The great thing about lite mayo's post is that this thread about Big Motoring World Group, the South's largest independent BMW dealer, second hand used BMW cars for sale, on London Road, Addington, West Malling, Kent is that it will rise in the google rankings again. Thus What, Big Motoring World Group, the South's largest independent BMW dealer, second hand used BMW cars for sale, on London Road, Addington, West Malling, Kent will alert potential buyers to the many people who have had shocking treatment and Mayo who hasn't........yet.

Lets hope nothing goes wrong with your motor mate because the reputation of Big Motoring World selling used BMW's is so poor that you might have problems.

Lol, apology accepted. For all those googling this thread, although I had no issues with my car from Big Motoring World I would advise you dont go anywhere near Big Motoring World based on the negative feedback on this thread and from what I can tell, a few other websites.

Eh? What's having leather got to do with the price of fish? I didnt actively seek out a car with leather but it just happens to have half leather

Iv made no error as far as I can see in so much as the car I brought. Just making a point that I dont work for BMWorld. I brought a BMW 3 series as per my iD. What do pics have to do with anything. If I worked for them id have a sea of cars with which to take photos from
