Yep. Everything is mounted as it should. Bad led?

It could be a bad LED, the best way to check is take out the unit and look at the LED itself. A bad LED usually has a brown tinge to it when off.

Ok, just took ICE off and the LEDs do have that slight brown tinge. It's a PITA removing the wheel and liner everytime

mine is broken after a year and few months... glad its lifetime warranty. bypass/ballast crapped out.
