This is where Savage sends all their cars for repair. I have had many good experiences with this shop.

They did show my where the understructure and explained which parts were bonded and which parts were not.

They spare no expenses, all OEM parts, they even have the racks for aluminum work. Its good stuff. I even asked about making sure the new paint will have matching orange peel LOL, then they busted out the Deflekso 200 and 6000 gauges and explained their specs are within 10 microns

So Im more than confident they know what they are doing.

Thanks for the concerns bro! Good looking out!

You dont have to have it on the frame rack do you?

Had millions of problems when I put a older m5 on one as well as a 575 and 360 when I had to get them stright.

The end result was far from perfeclty stright.

No racks for me! Just body panels, wheels, tires, and the 2 rocker panels.

they havent made much progress... make sure you wait a few months before waxing. Paint needs time to cure.

ha my apologies. i work in a body shop, and you wouldnt believe some of the stupid shit people will do. ie: wax a day after we have delivered a car. i was just snooping around looking through some wreck threads. and no i have no idea who fminus is or what kind of detailing god he may be.

Holy crap, now that's a strip down. This is a great opportunity to do a FULL detail, like in the wheel wells and door jams. I'd love to see the mechanic's face's if you broke out a rotory to the frame

--actually, that is not the only BMWNA approved BMW repair shop (I think there are a 1/2 dozen or so). I took my '06 330i to KNAUZ BMW in Lake Bluff, IL...where insurance declared it totalled
