A huge thank you to Jason for posting so much info on the new E92. From the photos, it appears that this new machine will easily become the most stunning addition to the BMW fleet. It's obvious to me that the coupe will be successful, but it might well take away some sales from the 6er.

After looking at the interior shots of the E92, I noticed that there are no opening rear windows (only two window switches compared to the previous four in the E46). From my previous experience with the E46 coupe, the opening rear windows were the source of a lot of annoying squeeks, so perhaps this is why they have been eliminated in the E92.
All in all, I think that BMW will have another winner on their hands. Can't wait to test drive the 335i !!

Now that we have prices and specs on the coupe, when are we likely to hear and see what the M Sport models will have. At the moment thats what I'm holding out for.

BMW canada has not released any pricing to us yet. I will post pricing as soon as I receive it.

Just looked over the US and Canada product guides at http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17829

So it seems that US doesn't get the Jade Gray interior but Canada does? Looks like US is gonna miss out again on a cool light interior color??

Oh well, at least the US can get aluminum trim in the 328i with any leather interior...IMHO I can't imagine anyone wanting wood trim with say Saddle Brown?

Agreed, it seems really stupid for Canada not to have a sporty trim on 328. Hopefully the new grey poplar will be grey enough to balance a saddle brown interior. However dark burl might be okay considering saddle brown isn't everywhere in the interior, the whole dash is still black plastic.

I've seen Terra/Saddle Brown on the E90 with Aluminum trim...it's really sharp. Might be a great combo on the E92 with Space Grey!

My dealer had an E90 with terra/al trim combo; after this car sat unsold for 5 months in new car inventory, the dealer switched the trim to walnut and sold the car quickly. IMO, terra + aluminum doesn't look right. There have been very few E90s sold locally with terra; it has definitely been the least popular interior choice for Vancouver buyers. Saddle brown is not terra, but saddle brown + al trim may also be a bad combo. No one yet has posted the actual saddle brown interior. If it looks similar to the Z4 saddle brown, then walnut or poplar might be better choices.

I should be the first to admit I'm out-of-sync with the real world, but I still like the Terra/Alum combo best? Guess I can see why so many avoid Terra altogether since it does not foto well, but I find it stunning in real life, especially the brown/black contrast!

I'm a little confused about the sunroof. On the E-90 it came as standard equipment on U.S. Models. Is it an option (read cost) item on the E-92? Heck, if that is the case, wait for E-93 and have the whole top come off. LOL

According to the US spec sheets the moonroof is standard equipment on both e92s.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18057
Moonroof (403) in the US is a 100% Option (another way of stating Standard Equipment).

The options (read cost) are listed separately at the bottom of the sheet under the heading 'Options'.
