Great car. I'm afraid you'll be the second 'active' member on here, 'biscuits' got an E90 M3 hasn't he???

Edit - just checked, my mistake, he's got an E92. For some reason I always through his picture was an E90 - doh. Looks like you're the first - congratulations

Will do you want to organise UK8 at the West Midlands dealer as it is on your patch

I bet we get more people queuing up for a ride than any other meet. I reckon we could put on 1,000 miles in one afternoon

I'd heard through the grapevine, that the Dealership were going to loan it to Carl to run in,so the first 1,000 miles will be the eqivalent of at least 5,000 mls.

I'll look forward to seeing Red's M3 at Santa Pod, at least Red will see the car's potential before he takes ownership

Fantastic spec Red. This will be a brilliant motor!!

You will need to get blacklines on that too - will look great with the sun protection glass.

There is another e90 M3 on here btw. Can't remember the chaps name but he is based up here in Scotland and has a black e90 M3 with the M blue and red stripes - he posted pics on here when he got it and it was lovely

Cheers for all the comments guys, hope you enjoy your drive

Only problem is......you will have to give it back!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought about Blacklines too Snooky, but not sure they are available for the LCI tail lights as they are a different shape, and IMO look a lot better than the original E90 tail lights.

Wink UPDATE

Hi folks, just thought I would share this afternoon's good news with you!!

The dealership rang to say the car is in the country and should be ready earlier than the expected 22nd May

They need the reg plate retention document asap to get it registered with the correct plate from new, and then book time in the workshop to PDi it (apparantly the M's take a good while to do?) - after that it's all mine

I will post some pics of it as soon as it arrives at the dealership (hopefully next week or so?)

Nice one Red. Excitment getting fever-pitched now!!! Funnily enough, whilst on hold on the phone yesterday, popped online and spotted a lovely M3 at my local dealer - I thought, what the hell, and phoned them; they sold it a matter of minutes earlier. Probably better that way. Getting very itchy feet though.

Look forwards to the piccies.

Have you still got to wait for the DP to put the demo miles on it before you physically get it yourself or are you now getting it with zero miles on it???

Dear Paul,

I've just read this thread from start to finish and you can rest at night safely knowing that YOU currently are technically in the position of having the car I would ultimately want in my life...very jealous.

Seriously E90 M3

Can't wait for these pics to be up and IMO leave the tailights as they are.

Congrats on the "pinnacle"

Hey matey, cheers for that - it has been my dream since I drove the first demo one that the dealer had in - can't believe it is real yet!!

Agree about the lights, the LCi ones do look very nice as stock.

Cheers Will,

Not sure - hoping for Monday - apparantly takes quite a bit of time in the workshop to program the car up etc and then remove all travel blocks etc.

Depends if he can allocate enough workshop time tomorrow and then get it cleaned and prep'd

Prob looking more like mid-week?
