^Nothing is wrong with your clips, UR. I'm sure you're aware that video clips are not the same as hearing in person due to many factors such as quality of camera/camcorder and noise in the surrounding environment.
I was hoping someone else can post up vids so I can compare between the two. I'm close to pulling the trigger on ordering one and if I do, I will make full vid clips at different RPM for you guys.

These people have more than exhausts. They have BOV's for the 335's as well. When I saw the pic, I thought it was an Intake. I was like :O yes yes, but then. Shit shit. :P

This is definitely the best sounding exhaust i've heard this far. I tried to look through the whole thread to find the answer to my question, but I couldn't, so...

When will we see it for the E92?

Does this exhaust sooth up the bumper or dirty up the bumper at all? (Asking because the tips are so close to the exhaust cut out holes).

I don't have that problem, and my car is white.

^Do you have any clips of your exhaust yet? How do you like it now, I assume the sound is a bit louder after it's broken in? I'm so close to ordering this exhaust, I thank Darryl for answering my q's so quickly and being so patient with me!

I like it a lot so far and to me the sound hasn't got any louder, but perhaps I'm just getting used to it. I'll be the first to admit it is a bit louder than I expected, but I'm going to go back under my car to make sure I don't have any leaks. The build quality is top notch and it fit perfect without a single issue. The UR welds make super sprint's welds look pretty awful in comparison.

I actually tried to make a sound clip, but since the car wasn't under load, it really didn't sound like much.

wj4, if you are worried about the tips at all, you can always order the smaller tip version.

Another question...does this come with a cold air intake? Or is that separate?

regardless of being a good exhaust or not (which is not proven), overall, i'm tired of seeing products automatically priced at a standard high-end price simply because it's a bmw. we know that it's always been like this, a pos exhaust will cost us 1500 and a very good exhaust will also cost us 1500. why? because sellers know there is always gonna be that dimwit who says "what do you expect to pay?"
Just because there has always been a price discrimination for bimmer drivers doesnt mean we dont have the right to bitch about it.
EXACTLY my point on another thread. I think the Miltek exhaust is way over priced for Audis and BMWs..being equal with Miltek is not a good thing to me.

I think that from now on, when people want to complain about how an exhaust is soo expensive, we should refer them to:

all8up-is there any droning sound on the highway at all? I want a deeper growl, but I don't want a continuous annoying hum when I'm cruising at 3k on the highway or streets, you know.

A newbie question, but I never used the word rasp before. Is the word rasp=droning? LOL.

wj4,
The exhaust is more audible at the 2200-2400 rpm range, at 3k it really is not audible.

Rasp is typically a term associated with the E46M3. I can only describe it as a metallic sound that at the same time is also very coarse.

I think I will go ahead and order it by the end of this week. All8up, how would you say the tone of the exhaust to be? Is it audible through out the whole RPM bandwidth?

I would say it is a very deep pitch, but it will scream when you really get on it. Overall, it is a pretty aggressive sounding exhaust and I would say that UR's vids are pretty close to what it sounds like.

When you get yours, take some pictures of it before you put it on the car....I completely forgot to do it.

It is very very interesting to see how the Japanese company produces a quality exhaust (DIXIS), which looks great, sounds great (even with its small design) and has detailed finishes. Impresive stuff. Then a company such as Ultimate Racing comes, releasing this simple plain looking exhaust with bad final touches. The typical stuff... Just put that shit and go.
