I only do road, Cannondale six 5...For the winter I've had my bike hooked up to the trainer so I could just hop on and go for a bit. It's hard to get the motivation though, its so boring. With spring coming, I'll start doing it again though. A couple of weeks ago though we had a 55-60 degree day and I took advantage, that was really nice.

Been browsing some deals in east Malibu and Pacific Palisades. Looking for a lock and leave type property. Ocean One in SM is nice but prices are roofed in there.

Yeah I work in Santa Monica, live in Hollywood Hills. But I'm actually moving to Malibu April 1st.

I absolutely love it out here. Yesterday I was talking to my dad, who lives in New Hampshire, and he said that the weather reached a "balmy" 40 degrees yesterday so he decided to drive to the park to take a walk but all the sidewalks were frozen over.
