Has anyone else gotten extended cranks on the 12/17 maps. My hpfp better not be going out with only 1000 miles.

So I've been driving around a bit now on the 12-17 maps, and boost definitely builds faster, which is good, but the sh*tty AFR's (super lean - like high teens) are back again somewhat, which I was having with the V4 8-17 maps. I wasn't getting them at least with the May maps, so I'm guessing Shiv has fixed this issue throughout this year by the time he released the May maps.

But it got me thinking, if the boost builds that much quicker - I can see 5 PSI of boost with low throttle on these maps compared to maybe 2 PSI on the 5-10 maps - doesn't that mean that the turbos are working harder, and more, since they're in "boost" a lot more frequently, and higher boost too, for any given throttle position?

Didn't want to have overworked turbos...

Sounds about right......but that is what makes the car feel so good even at part-throttle.

Did you ever have lean AFR issues with any of the maps like I did?

The newer maps have more fuel. FYI. So they are more conservative but recommended.
