Dude, are you seriously going to get rid of your PROcede or not order the PROcede V2.0 just b/c of this? I think after you've taken a few minutes AWAY from your computer, you'll realize that your impulsiveness and frustration are skewing your better judgment. Just order at 12PM PST (in about 11 minutes) and see where you are in line; you'll probably end up getting the v2.0 upgrade in 1-2 weeks and all will be great again!

btw -- it doesn't matter to me if you get v2.0 or dump the PROcede for the JB, SSTT, or AA XEDE...just trying to help you out, man.

This morning Shiv asked me to create the v2 page for ordering by 12 o'clock pm. Being unaware of the "official" release time of 12 o'clock I made the link active on our website. I did not post the link on e90post.com to favor some customers over others... I don't even know your names

We'll work it out and we'll all get through this together. We want everyone to be happy

Shiv stated that he was going to limit the number of v2 kits shipped because he wants to be able to provide support.

Since I didn't know about the 'early' order link, I'd still like to be able to place my order.

Latecomers can agree to not request tech support until 1, 2, x number of weeks go by. We all win. We get the product, Shiv gets to keep his bandwidth to provide support.

Now if only folks were honest and would abide by the rules....

because they dont KNOW there orders arent going to count since shiv said they would, if you had already ordered and were told your order would be honored would you wait around and order a second one at noon thinking your original order was honored?

if he was going to cancel those the only option would be to email all those people and push the release back by at least a day


theres also the incredible nightmare of canceling 50 CC charges

reminds me of when I lined up outside of target an hour before they opened to get an xbox 360... they told everyone they had 6 units, so I was number 7 in line, walked away disapointed along with 10 or so other people, then I saw people lining up again, and turns out some guy came back out and said they had 16, not 6... so I line up again, thankfully number 14 this time, and they let people in the store... guess what, only 12 boxes to sell, because 4 units were bought by employee's before the doors opened.... Assholes.

Anyways... I remember the feeling of being persistent, and doing things correctly, only to be screwed by misinformation.

Its a very unsettling feeling to be screwed in this manner... its like getting punished for being cooperative... lol

I'm pretty sure most of the people that got it early have quit watching because they were told the early orders are being honored.
