Hi, I'm probably just being paranoid, but has anyone worried about the extra holes in this set in terms of their structural integrity vs. something like the H&R's that have less hole space, and sell for a lot more?

As an aside, these will be for my E61 wagon actually, and its rear wheels tuck in from the fender a full 37 mm! And now that I'm thinking about it, I'm wondering if I should even go with 20 mm in the rear. Most people I've heard do 12mm Front and 15mm Rear. Fender rubbing won't be an issue I don't think given how far in they're tucked, as well as the wheel gap. ![]() The rear wheels would still tuck in like 17 mm's even with 20's. Or is that going too big and there might even be some downsides? I thought I'd read somewhere that you don't want to go too wide with these hubcentric style spacers, and at some point, should get the ones with built in bolts, like the pic below. That car won't see any real hard cornering, unlike my 335 that goes to the track sometimes, so it won't have really strong sideways forces on it. . . ![]() |
