i am doing a bastardize south beach diet for my BS so I dont get fatter. When I stick to it, its great, but when I end of eating a tub of lunch meat, mustard, a jar of peanuts (god, so much unintentional gay in this sentence) 3 red bowls, and countless cups of coffee a day, the shit literally goes to shit.
