sometimes i would call there and they would act like it was a hassle for them to pick up the phone combined with a horror story about them scratching a members windshield and not wanting to fix it. that and my experience was enough to solidify them as sucking. not sure if its any better but with all the quality dealers around theyre sol in my book

Oh boy. Well hopefully I get mine back in one piece today. I've always dealt with Scott when I went there, and he's addressed every concern I've had, whether silly or not.

I actually had to book my appointment on their website, and someone called me back to confirm, lol

Yea true, but he was a druggy during his career as well...just saying we are quick to point to CTE and in many cases it makes sense but nothing is known for sure until they tear the brain apart

Meh, I knew there were going to take a bit and wanted to time it right around when I would need to switch out the winters, so hopefully they hit raound 4/15 when I would normally swap them out.

You wait that late? I was planning on like march 20 or so...once we hit consistent 40s snows will wear super fast cuz of how soft they are

up in madison i was waiting about that long to, or maybe 1st week of april. guess I'll have to time it out differently this year. Hopefully end of this month if the weather looks good.
