No, a voided warranty is something completely different than an expired warranty...if you don't understand the difference, I can't help you. Depreciation does affect a lessee, it is reflected in your residual value which is used to calculate your lease rate....next.

I bought a 2007 335i coupe, 1 owner, got service records from Perillo, was clean as whistle except 3 HPFP's every 15K, and two light bulbs in rear. Picked it up for $22K off a Audi dealer, and they had added new brakes, were about to take to auction, it had 50K on it in April 2010, I put on new Hankooks, ditched the RFT's, added a M3 Rear lip spoiler, adding a front spoiler next week, and switch out the reflectors, and I am golden. It has every option but Nav, which I dont like on BMW nor need, and the Sport Pkg seats, HK 300W stereo and Cold Pkg/Prem Pkg, and Xenon/Logic 7 have me feeling good for the price of an loaded Civic.

In 10K miles, I have replaced Microfilter, and had the 60K Inspection $299, and added 1 Q oil, at N/C Perillo being nice, and also a Angel Eye bulb, N/C Perillo being nice.

It had the window sticker in the owners manual, $47K, 3 years old, always handwashed, and not 1 problem other than a scratch on trunk I buffed out. Paid $22K.

It looks exactly like the 2010, and had I waited for a lower mileage one I would of bought it, but I wanted a 6MT and Red Leather, or Brown, and they are few and far between around Chicago.
