Are any of them with n47(130kW) engine?
I have all components for ACC retrofit, did all the wiring, but I get the error code d024 and d025 from LDM. It says that this is a lack of information from DDE. Something about the wheel tourqe. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Realy curious if any one done it in 4zyl car, since in the price list catalouge there were no option of ACC for 4zyl engines. Thanks for any answers. MT |

I would think that the DSC needs to be changed and wonder if that's been done. The 4 cyl DSC is definitely different to the 6 Cylinder

Hei.
I did change the dsc unit, but after beeing convinced that it is from 6zyl car I found out that it is from the same n47 car. After some research I manage to figure it out, that dsc is the one who process the wheel tourqe and not the DDE. So I ordered the new dsc from 6zyl. Still waitting to arrive. There is a lot of serial numbers in REALOEM but non found in real life, so you should sniff around for the real deal Will post here if that sorts the problem. MT |

From what I know, sensors should be the same in all models, DSC unit is the one that needs to be changed.

Can anyone help me getting the right parts. I think I need the ACC sensor and the LDM module (E90 320d M47 2005) and think coding standard distance and no indicating on the cluster (use my current one) will be okay and should work.
So if anyone has a sensor and LDM please contact me many thanks. |

I got all my parts from Europe from ebay-kleinanzeigen.de and Allegro.pl. The most expensive part will be the ACC sensor ranging from affordable to down right rip offs. You'll just need to keep looking and then jump on one that meets your budget. It took me about 3 months of searching before I found one for an affordable price in good condition. The LDMs are relatively cheap and pretty common on eBay so you shouldn't really have a problem sourcing one. You might even get a bargain if you can find a 05-07 model at the wreckers as the chances are pretty good it may have one fitted you can remove. They're pretty easy to find if you know where to look. Just remove the storage compartment down beside the steering wheel to reveal the CAS module and look or put your hand behind the CAS to see if there's an LDM fitted. If you do it this way, you'll also be able to cut out the harness plug as well. |

If anyone is interested I just posted my kit on the marketplace. I have everything to complete the install but I cant fit the ACC sensor due to my large intercooler. I am not interested in splitting up this kit at this time. Thanks,

I didn't think the 7inch would interfere with the sensor ?

Hi, they are different in all 4x wheel speed sensor. BMW 4cyl with reluctor ring and simple hall effect digital sensor (p/n: 34526762465, 34526762466) while BMW 6cyl equiped with magnetic encoder bearing in wheel hub and manegtoresistive wheel speed sensor (p/n: 34526870075,34526870076, 34526870077) AK-protocol with additional data on direction of rotation and air gap.

Hi MT, I think you need to carefully choose the 6cyl DSC pump to be changed bcos they are few different types base on rear wheel speed sensor type. I am going thru this nightmare now. I jz changed with 6cyl DSC hydro braking pump p/n: 34516775396, 6775388, 6775389 and front wheel speed sensor with 34526870075, rear wheel speed sensor with 34526870076. It did not work bcos this 34516775396 DSC pump must pair with 34526870075 in the front and 34526870077 in the rear (with magnetic encoder bearing which 4cyl BMW does not have and the output shaft different too). I have did a survey and probably a very old DSC pump p/n: 34516775394 or 323i DSC pump p/n: 34516863356 may work.

May be let me share what I have gone thru :
I have a 2010 320i E90 4cyl BMW. Thanks to Nikco43, I managed to install - Radar sensor 6777883 - LDM module 6774206 - VW ACC Wiring Harness from Ailexpress - ACC Stalk not 61319203109 but 61319203106 (it works) - replace with Speedometer cluster 9284265 (I used a new/empty DOWQ160 chip to reset the mileage) All coding successfully. Same to you MT, without replacing the DSC pump, I got LDM error code d024 and d026 wheel torque. So I ordered a 6cyl DSC hydro braking pump p/n: 34516775396, 6775388, 6775389 from ebay. After replaced the pump, bleed all 4x brakes thru INPA, calibrate Steering Wheel sensor thru ISTA-D, calibrate DSC sensor and DSC pump thru INPA. Everything okay and went for a test drive, no speed show on Speedometer. Checked with INPA and ISTA-D, all 4x wheel no speed indication. So I checked in RealOEM BMW part catalog, this DSC braking pump must paired with wheel speed sensor 34526870075 & 34526870077. But wheel speed sensor 34526870077 only work with 6cyl BMW rear wheel magnetic encoder bearing and output shaft without reluctor ring. Only wheel speed sensor 34526870076 is compatible to 4cyl BMW with rear output shaft with reluctor ring. Now I am looking for any DSC braking pump which can pair with wheel speed sensor 34526870075 in the front and 34526870076 in the rear. Hopefully this helps. |

After replaced 4x original wheel speed sensor (p/n: 34526762465 & 34526762466) with p/n: 34526870075 & 34526870076 (plug&play), 2x front wheel (34526870075) shows speed reading and 2x rear wheel (34526870076) still no speed reading. Tested wheel speed sensor 34526870076 with reluctor ring - no response, tested with magnet - RESPONSE !! During testing, can obviously being seen that this wheel speed sensor 34526870076 also send out data signal (AK-Protocol) even it is in StandStill position. Now it is confirmed that rear wheel speed sensor 34526870076 require magnetic encoder to be operational. It is not responsive to reluctor ring. That means earlier problem was not due to 6cyl DSC hydro braking pump p/n: 34516775396, 6775388, 6775389. I think it accept both wheel speed sensor 34526870076 & 34526870077. From my side, it is finalized that 4cyl engine BMW mechanically is not possible to have ACC. I have checked : 1) replaced with 6cyl DSC hydro braking pump to get rid of Wheel Torque error - Possible 2) physically replaced wheel speed sensor 34526762465 & 34526762466 with 34526870075 & 34526870076 - Possible 3) to replace rear wheel angular bearing with magnetic encoder type bearing - I think possible 4) to replace a set of new output shaft LK=80mm without reluctor ring portion (to give room for wheel speed sensor 34526870076 or 34526870077 to be functional) - I cannot find any in BMW parts catalog, except output shaft LK=86mm for 6cyl engine Lastly. jz for my own experimental, I will try to convert ori 34526762466 signal (On-Off square wave from reluctor ring) "electronically" to simulate AK-Protocol for 6cyl DSC pump to be able to read. But it is not recommended for others to do. Jz for my own experiment and I think it will work .... |
