WOo.. OUCh. I didn't get a chance to buy it and im kinda glad i didn't get that chance.. But apparently it was installed wrong (which i really really hope). Thanks for the pics btw! I appreciate you for being a tester for everyone else in the e90post community

Don't worry... if something is wrong with that unit we'll absolutely take it back and issue a full refund. I hope we get it working!

any idea if mine has shipped? ordered wednesday with fedex one day shipping, and the tracker said it would ship on thursday and arrive friday. the only progress on the tracker reads "Jul 19, 2007 4:53 PM Package data transmitted to FedEx "

Can someone please explain to me how you "install it wrong". I mean were talking about regular bulbs here. No wiring, no resistors, straight up plug and play like any regular halogen bulb. Plug it in and twist it on. The ones that have tried it explained that they installed it like there regular halogen (either gp thunder or mtec bulbs) so why is installing this any different?

+1 I would like to know how you install them wrong..since it fits flush and one side isn't sticking out. It looks exactly the same as the GPs on the other side

Well either this product does suck, and there making excuses or mayby they are just bad ones..lets wait and c for others

The color is bluish, some may want this effect others want to match the HIDs.

So nobody at Umnitza took any pics of the bulbs installed on a car when they made this led bulb?

Seems kind of strange to come out with a product and not have any pictures of it so that we have to guess if this is how it is suppose to look or not.

I'm kind of surprised becasue Umnitza made great CCFL DDE's for my old E46 a few years back, they were an excellent product.

yup its amazing how the customer has to test the product before the manufacturer itself. are us customers the test mules now?

I'd try to install them as is to see if maybe my bases were messed up or I just suck at installing them

You don't have to modify the bases! There are 2 small tabs and 1 large... the bulb just goes in at different position.

I tried to match them up to the stock bulbs and put them in at a different position..no luck. I only modified one.

awww.. it's the end of the night, and of the 5 people who bought this.. only one person managed to install it? Lets make sure we get all five angel eyes installed and uploaded onto the forums! Im dying here to know if the installation was wrong or not. lol
