chicken, turkey, roast beef, ham, sweet onion teriyaki. try to stay away from stuff like meatball and spicy italian and stuff like that. take a look at their nutritional guide. i liked subway cause there's so many of them. it was convenient.

oh yeah, try to stay away from snacks. especially chips and candy. and in your meals try to limit your bread/rice/noodles; carbs.

just remembered that when i first tried to diet, i tried the no carb thing. i didn't gain nor lose any weight from that. it was really hard too; both to keep the diet and you always feel unsatisfied and hungry. after i started going to subway, weight just started dropping. eating at subway also seemed pretty healthy to me, like i was getting a balanced meal.

You can lose a lot of weight from just eating dog meat.

nooooooo. i lost my rear license plate T_T so now I have to use my front ones as my rears but it doesn't have the month sticker on it. anyone know how much is a replacement?

^ long story short, i took it off and now i can't find it. may be i just need to replace my month sticker.

ps. just found out the month sticker replacement is free

but the license plate is $18. i might just get an olympic license plate when I do the replacement...
