Damn, I wish I would have heard about MFEST prior to Friday. Let me know how it was.

M-Fest was A++++++++

It's nice to see so many fantastic M cars.

It is also nice to have a car with as much power as the 335 getting 27.9 mpg down to Vegas and 25.7 mpg coming home.

yeah it sure did since you all were off partying in Vegas. I saw some of the pics, looks like there were some nice cars there. You all made it back just in time for some snow/rain this week/weekend.

We've had windshields replaced on our other vehicles. Just called the insurance company and they give you names of who they work with.

Came to our work, replaced it in the parking lot, and were on their way. Think it was a $50 deductible or something similar.

Doesn't have a BMW sticker in the corner anymore on the e46 coupe...but at least it's not busted anymore.

The acura had the rain sensors, etc, and that wasn't a problem either.

Interior xenons installed

This weekend I installed the interior xenons from jlevisw.com.

Most of them were easy...a couple were a bitch (front reading lights).

Casts a way cool white/grey/hint of blue shade to the interior (isn't the purple as it looks in the pic). Matches the flood lamps and license plate lights on the outside. Great look with black/aluminum interior.

One picture...tough to take when it's dark enough to see the new color. Did what I could.

Also managed to get the winter mess out of the interior too...

I only recommend the dealer. I have seen WAY too many hack jobs, glass doesnt sit straight, or leaks. If you have to have somebody else do it, tell them you will NOT use aftermarket glass. The rain sensor/light sensor has issues. We dont deal with insurance, you just get them to send the check to you.

well I am leaving for Vegas in a couple of hours. My baby has been taken by my wife, hopefully she will be gentle with it. I'll be back on Sunday. Don't let the party die...
