Id stay around the 1% area just to be safe, not to say no-one hasn't gone beyond that. Rather to be safe, than sorry. Up to you. The dimensions i initially gave is more than you'll need. Unless, you go higher in stages.

Tire size isn't going to cause an issue with anything.

I ran 285/45/18 drag radials which is quite a bit larger than the front tires or stock size rear wheels. I also just installed a 3.08 rear diff which is a significant changes compared to the stock 2.81. I haven't experience any issues with DTC, ABS etc.

Perfect! I was hoping for the answer from an experience perspective.

Time to go shopping!

Thank you. My face was priceless when I saw the time. Never thought I could get it past 12.84. I think I can get 12.4-12.5 with just the Bridgestones I got.

I'm inclined to believe the Torque app doesn't give an accurate quarter mile time. I have the same setup as Owen81, and my Torque app says I trap at about 109/110mph, but it gives me a quarter mile time of 13.4.

Hey, it's me Armin Fejzulai from Facebook lol. I posted up the picture that is above. I never thought it was accurate to begin with. My highest trap is 109. I think with our setup we'd max out at 110-111mph which isn't bad. Maybe with slicks it might be a few more. Aren't you going to the track soon?

They shut down our local drag strip so I have no idea when I'll be getting a time slip of my own.

Went to 1/8th mi track to get a few runs in and to really open up the car in a safe area...couldn't get traction to save my life.

JR 2.8 with IC and deletes, DTC off, DS mode. Michelin PSS, 33psi (too high???)

Couldn't perform a proper burnout, car stops when I power brake past 2k rpm. Other than launch problems, car ran fucking good once traction was obtain (near end of track).

1/4 mi track at royal purple raceway is closed for the rest of the year, due to Harvey vehicles stored there.

Advice for launching??

There is software in the car that will kill power after power braking for a few seconds. Foot on the brake, give it gas until it spins for about a second, let off the brake, and throttle to the floor. You'll peel for awhile.

As far as launching, press the DTC button once(short press) rev to no more than 1500rpm, and let it eat. You'll have to work on throttle position to hold traction.

If you have Xhp you can put it in M1 with traction completely off and it won't cut off (not sure if it works on stock trans tune). I had mine on 29psi last time. 1000-1200 rpm is What I think is best. I've only had 5 runs so far. Not a fan of doing 10+ runs on the same day. What was your 1/8? My best is 8.1.

You sure about that? Mine still cuts off with xHP tune. It's a function in the DDE to stop the brake rotors from warping.
