Thankx NYulak for correcting it.
We should be finalizing everything this week.
One speed bump though I have to admit is Calvin from Vishnu tuning.
I have contacted the guy a few times and to date he hasn't kept his word.
When I spoke to Shiv originally everything was fine. He even chimed in this thread to drop a few words.
When i originally spoke to Calvin when we started this group we confirmed for the 21rst and 22nd of April.
NOw when i spoke to him last which was last Tuesday he said he would hav to double check with Shiv. I got a little pissed and told him that everyonie was already commited and that he even confirmed.
So he said ok and told me he would contact me by Friday to get all the names and confirm the travel arrangements and whatnot.
BUt well now it's Sunday and I haven't heard from him yet.
If he does not contact me Tommorrow i will call and ask to speak to Shiv directly because this is getting a little annoying.
And the longer we wait to book the travel arrangements for Shiv the more $$ it will cost us.
Anyhow as usual i will post info as soon as it comes in...

Honestly I think 15 would be the most. The Dyno shop showed some concern with 15 cars already so I have confirmed with him 15 and he was ok with it.
Now all we have to do is get Calvin to either so something or Shiv to take control.

Calvin from Vishnu Tuning Pmed me today and everything was confirmed on their end.
He will be contacting everyone on the list this week ...

Do you know how long each tune will take? I'm am going to leave Toronto on Sat at 10:00am and it will take me about 6 hours to get there so I'll be there at 4ish or 5ish depending on traffic.

FWIW, its only BMW customers that are getting free installs and dyno testing. Usually theres a $350 extra charge which we have been waiving for promotional reasons. After this dyno day, we wil start charging $ for these services. However ALL of these proceeds will go to a predetermined children's charity.
