well, it's kind of easy to DIY!!!

1)take off the wheel
2)you can take out the flag
3)the it's a black box, and take out the box cover, there is 4 clips which hold the cover, just unclip it!
4)push in the strings which to hold the bulbs and turn left if u r doing drive side, if you are doing passenger side..push in and turn right!!

You don't need to take off the wheel to do the install. Just need to take off the little plastic squares in the wheel well. The plastic square has the little circles in the corner u use a quarter to unscrew.

Pop the hood, unplug the headlight so you have room to work (you'll see a small box that is plugged to each headlight - there are 2 total)

Grab the plastic box (that protects the headlight) from the bottom and pull up (away from floor) and use a plier to pull the top tabs of the covering off.

Once u got those off push the covering back toward the floor to get the bottom tabs out.

You'll be able to see the bulbs from the small hole in the wheel well. Push the metal fasteners (holds the bulb in place) toward the front of the car and then push down.

Pull bulb out, unplug, plug new bulb in. This would be a good time to test the bulb before putting things back.

Fasten metal fasteners back in, close covering, put the plug back (the one u unplugged from behind the headlight). Do other side and you're done.

**if u need help send me a PM and ill be glad to assist.

yeah you don't need to take the wheel off, but the driver side is a little more cramped for space to work in.
