Just got my notice. The place closed to my house is "full service" meaning that they can do obd and tail pipe testing. The closest obd only is in Skokie.

If I go to the full service locale, is the default obd since my car has that ability? Or should I go to the obd only place?
I've gone to two different full service places in the past and they only did OBD, didn't even visually inspect, took like 2 mins.

Is there something wrong with me that I am dissapoint that it is a 325?
No, you have every right. Dont get me wrong, the car looks great and the dude obviously put money and effort into the car, but for a fraction of the cost of the upgrades, he could have gotten a 335i and still done a lot of the mods or just gotten a mostly stock m3 which just wins every day over a 335i let alone a 325i.

Did anyone catch any of the Heat/Celts game or the highlights? Anyone besides me somewhat affeared of what a determined Heat team can do? I mean, I don't think our Bulls have another gear. They have seemingly been playing full out.

Edit: I realize the Celts aren't playing their best ball lately, and with the Perkins trade they seemingly have taken a step backward...but damn the Heat looked fierce.

Ha, nice, when I was doing my research, there was no info out about how hpf performed so I went with helix as it was shiv's top pic and was showing the best results for pressure drops and intake temps. After chatting with Rob@cobb and him saying the most hp gains will be from the intercooler, i fear that the bigger hpf willl put up better numbers.

We will all get a nice rerun of our dyno's at the end of the summer, so will see how they compare.

For sure, honesty I doubt there is any real significant difference between most aftermarket FMIC's, couple ponies maybe.

The fan placement was fine since the majority of your air comes from underneath the car on the high pressure side thats why all cars have lower air dams. To combat heat you can cool the intercoolers before each run to guarantee a good run. If you want the best numbers a 50 degree day or cooler will help. I know the heat and tight dyno did not allow me to reach my goal of 410HP at the wheels. But 387HP on a warm day is fine. The track will truly show what the car is capable of. Thanks again for coming out. We had alot of cars and people show up. Pictures can be found here.

its correct... like i said, the tune isn't finished and DPs on a tune made for no DPs actually looses some top end HP.
