you can recal the whole thing by plotting tq and rpms, but my last post is a good estimate. Probably went a little higher over the next 1k rpms but probably not much.

Yea, horsepower is really just a made up number, its the torque curve over the rpms that really matter.

Here is a really simply example of what the shorten rpms did. The first graph is a rough estimate of what my tq did over 7k rpms droppping around 13 tq each 250 rpms down to readline.

The second graph is the exact same tq curve but dropping at 175 rpms per calc. So if you looked at the 5,250 per your calc, its not right. Looking at say 4.4k rpms per the second example would match to the 5,250 per the first example. But I would need your dyno graph to see how to rebuild the curve.
