Agreed! The Accountant was really underrated I think. I found it to be a great and unique movie.

Since you guys are discussing both Ben and Casey Affleck, I can't help but remember how awesome "Good Will Hunting" was and that happened to include both brothers in addition to Matt Damon of course. I would honestly put that movie in my all time greatest list. Robin Williams was legendary as well.

Argo
Gone Baby Gone
The Town

All directed by Ben.
Yeah, good job by Ben.

I liked Casey in Gone Baby Gone.

A bunch of actors got their start from Good Will Hunting. Cole Hauser is another.

They made sure to cast their "boys" in GWH. Such a good flick tho.

Sedan_Clan you want to watch an incredible pre-2000 movie? Take it all the way back to 1993 and "GlenGarry Glen Ross". To this day I'm not sure if I've seen many movies on the same level as this gem in terms of pure acting. What an amazing movie and cast. I think it was Jack Lemmon's last film before passing. It took place in I think only 2 locations throughout the entire film. Unrivaled acting.

I remember Al Pacino in this during the same time he starred in and won an Oscar in "Scent of a Woman". Two incredible movies in the same year!

Of course who could forget the performance by Alec Baldwin coming from downtown and whipping them into shape. "Coffee is for closers!"

This one of the best scenes in that movie.

I actually watched it because I had seen this clip so many times lol

Man, totally agree with Scent of a Woman. Movie was way old but Pacino was absolutely astounding in that role. Stupendous.

Hell yeah. I was about to post that scene from Glenngary, LOL. He got an Oscar for that cameo.

"Fuck you! That's my name. You know why mister? Because you drove a Hyundai to get here tonight. I drove an $80,000 BMW."

Snakes Eyes ranks low for me too. I would rather watch G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.
You poor thing. That's a rough patch of shitty in a row for you.

Someone's getting a ticket soon. Wrath of shitty movies.

Damn right somebody is.

I'm about to go watch The Matrix, John Wick or IP Man to get my fix.

….or maybe Heat.
Matrix, no question

I have no idea why. But I've been in sales before, she never has been, really. I thought it was a really good movie. Especially the cameo. "First place you get a car, second place you get a set of steak knives, third place you're fired!"

What's your wife's favorite movie then? Or a few of them? Out of curiosity

Maybe she didn’t like “Put that coffee down!”

Curious to get your take after you see it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit but at the same time it reminded me a lot of the Chinese dramas I grew up watching. I mean, it makes sense given that a lot of it takes place in Asia, but perhaps that wow factor wasn't as huge for me. Everything was good from storyline to acting to action scenes (and there was a lot!). So glad it wasn't like Iron Fist on Netflix. Lol what a lame ass show and acting that was.

Agreed. Iron fist was lame AF! In other MARVEL news... The Fantastic Four will finally get the movie we deserve as they have acquired all rights from FOX. 👏🏽👏🏽
The new Spiderman movie looks really good and will have some stunning surprises.

After two movies I'm over the Fantastic Four. Give me a friggin' Voltron movie already. They wrote a script over 10 years ago.
