word, I was having some problems installing a keyless entry system in the e30, I hooked up everything as it was supposed to be, but I guess on the vipers you have to ground a couple extra wires to create a negative trigger

either way, I got it and I'm so glad I don't have to unlock from the trunk anymore lol

the only thing I'm really confused about is that it doesn't matter if I push unlock or lock, it will always do the opposite of what the current state is

so if the car is locked and I press lock on the remote, it will unlock

Hahahaha I had to do that on the 190E as well. The driver's key lock was broken and $300 to replace. Keyless entry was $150. Done.
