I just got back from ClearBra on main and (around 10th S) and they will do just your headlights for $160.

I would actually be interested in getting your take on clear bra's Pat. Can you still make the car shine with one on? When you are waxing do you still wax the clear bra or do you just clean and dry it and only treat the rest of the vehicle.

I am trying to decide if I should take the plunge on one, but I have quite a pit of sand blast (from freeway driving), a few rock chips, and some swirl marks that I might want to take car of first. Can you recommend a good paint/body shop? (Alpine Body Shop‎ FTW??)

When I detail my car, I wax the car as normal and then I apply some meguiars spray wax to the clear bra to keep it soft. Clear bras are plastic like paint and will eventually dry and peel if not kept conditioned. I'm glad I got my car covered. Got the windows tinted and clear bra on the bumper, hood, mirrors, lights and fogs for 600.

I have a clear bra on my car and love it. I had mine installed at Clear Bra Specialist at 7045 So 400 West phone 801-566-8828. Best price and install of all the places I looked into. Mark the owner will take very good care of your car. Tell him Pat with the blue BMW sent you.

I do not wax my clear bra. I use Plexus when I wash my car on the clear bra.

Good info Pat danka! What should I do prep wise before I bring it in? Clean, Clay, Wax? Can you do swirl mark removal? I have been trying with Megs. #2 and a buffer (Porter Cable 7336), but with not much success.
