E92 Starter Just Failed...Any good prices in OC for replacement?
Had my starter fail on my 07 328i Cpe tonight. Im in Huntington Beach looking for a good indy mechanic who won't break the bank to install a new one. I have to tow it, so anyone with a mech. in O.C./Long Beach please let me know asap. I have heard this will run $600-1000
Thanks! Last edited by Kravin99; 06-28-2014 at 02:21 AM.. Reason: Added text |

This looks like the same procedure as the oil filter housing gasket, except instead of removing the OFGH, you remove the starter once you tear out the intake manifold.
I estimate about a 3 hour job, 4 hours for first timers. |
