Recomendations needed for detail shop to buff scratches

So I'm looking for someone who is good/recommended for attempting to buff out scratches. The passenger side of the e90 got brushed up against and now I have lines on the rear door. I've used my clay bar and some rubbing compound to fix it as well as some scratch X. It feels smooth to the finger touch... but I can feel the scratches with my nails. I can also feel that it's a little dented in too... not sure if PDR can make it better and how much that would be?

I know I would need to get it re-sprayed to fix it 100%, I'm looking for a low cost fix like buffing it out to get it back to 60%/70%/80%

Looking for some recommended shops in the Central NJ area around Edison OR looking for something out in the Long Island area near Stony Brook University.

Thanks in advance. Plus the car can use some decent detailing as well.

IIRC If you can feel the scratch with your finger nail no amount of polishing/detailing will make it go away.
