How bad are my valves?

Recently had my intake valves walnut blasted locally for really cheap but I'm still have a little cold start rough idle. Do you think my intake valves were really bad? Here's a before pic:

Those aren't too bad. For a comparison, here are how mine looked pre-walnut blast a few weeks ago...

And after they were cleaned...

Those valves I have done cars a lot worse but would notice the difference when you decarb them. And when youbdondonthw decarb it does help to clear the adaptations .

It might help to reset the throttle body. I think you have to put the key in position 2 and press the gas pedal all the way down for 10 seconds and the press the start button briefly and then let go of the gas pedal.

If not,

1) Run two tanks in a row of gas with 20 gallon techtron in it.
2) a new set of coils might be in order.
3) a new set of plugs
4) If that don't fix it, your next step might be to clean out the vanos Solenoids.
5) If not then, you should replace the Mass flow air sensor.

Ignor the above recomendations except for the plugs. Cold start rough idle is usually caused by a leaking injectors. Techron won't do much.

It's possible that they were never cleaned by PO (over 130k on odo). The walnut blast freed up 25whp.

Rough idle. Gas smelling smoke coming out of tails. Wet spark plug tips (once removed).

My cold start rough idle was caused by a faulty hpfp. Once replaced it starts normal. I Was getting code 2b2c every once in a blue moon. Car would start up rough on cold start for a few seconds, rpm's high, then nose dive, then bouncing aroind before settleing. Is your car cranking more than 2-4times before starting, accompanied my rough start? If so, could be hpfp.
