Dinan Car Test in Toronto Area

My dealer Budds BMW is arranging a test day for the Dinan flash. It is an opportunity for people to take a ride in a Dinan flashed car and ask any questions from a good SA and a good BMW + Dinan tech.

Please post on this thread if you are interested in attending.

Budds BMW is located 30 km west of Toronto.

my second 3er from them,
dealt with Cindy both times, good experience,

Do you have any idea when the drive will happen?

Hey Mike, they are looking to do it in the New Year obviously but I promised Gregor to take a poll of how many would be interested.

This is a great dealer and if you are interested in Dinan, you can try before you buy....

Funny Tbone, I spoke to Gregor this morning and he took my name and number just for this purpose after I called up inquiring about the Dinan flash. I'm in.

and is budds offering the flash, or do they send you somewhere?

Gents, I am going to see Gregor tomorrow and will tell him 4-5 are up for it.

Budds is an authorized Dinan Dealer. Their lead tech Brent spent a month in Dinan's facility to get trained.

hey Tbone, anyway you can ask him some questions for the forum?

like what is the status of dinan flashed cars on a lease that are in which returned to a non-dinan dealer?
does the car need to be brought back to dinan to get flash back to stock?
will the dealer take it as is with the flash installed?
will the customer with the flashed installed upon returning the lease be charged extra fees or just forced to keep the car?
i think this is a important question for many leased owners as myself. i would like to get the dinan flash. power is good, R&D i trust, warranty is there, but my car is a lease.\

i have a 330, so no need to test it on my car, but would i be able to come for a ride n see how it is?

yes please ask him as well what happens with leased cars

when the lease is up are we forced to put the car back to stock or can we return it with the dinan flash

and if we need to return it back to stock, is there a fee to flash the car back to stock
