Boost Leak? Datazap included
Can someone tell me whats wrong here? seems like im loosing boost somewhere along the line. while your at it can anyone let me know if everything else is looking good. I did this run in Map 3 (JB4) and the other run in map 5.
Map 3 http://www.datazap.me/u/4doorbmwpowe...-9-10-16-19-23 Map 5 http://www.datazap.me/u/4doorbmwpowe...log=0&data=1-4 Trying to get everything good and prepped for my VTT 2+ 20T turbos coming this week hopefully. and a boost leak is not really a problem since i have a mile of silicon vacuum line and im going to be pulling all the FMIC plumbing and redoing it and cleaning it all putting new couplers and everything on.

It could be a vac leak off one of the canisters. Does it sound like the turbos are working extra hard? That is exactly how my car was acting when I had a leak on the hose that is behind the engine cover to the tops of the vac canisters. Stock it would get to boost, but anything higher it would suffer because one of the turbos wasnt cooperating due to this leak. Im not saying thats where your issue is but theres exactly what my cars logs looked like.

I got the engine cover off could easily be any of that as i just had the engine completely torn down. Ill check all vacuum lines when i do my turbos if i dont find it i have a high performance auto place that can find it and fix it for an hours labor.

Terry at BMS has a leak guide using a vac tool. I did everything up to that point. Within 2 seconds of that test I knew where it was. I highly recommend trying that first.
