How often do you find it necessary to re PAIR your Blutooth?
I have had my 335i since Apr. Twice now I have tried to use the phone and have lost the Blutooth connection. I have the Motorola Razr V3. I rarely use either my cell or Blutooth. Is there some reason why I might be loosing the pairing?

Um... never? I did re-pair once after a dealership visit re-set the car. Do you usually leave BT off on your phone? Sometimes it's wonky if I have BT turned off on the phone, then turn it on while the car's running, but picking the car out of the BT menu on my phone usually connects fine. worst-case everything's back to normal next time I get in the car.

hmmm never had any issues with any Razr V3's. Currently have a Motorola Rizr and never had to repair with either phones. No idea what could be causing the bluetooth dropping out. Are you using the latest software on your phone? Only phone related issues I have had; is the Razr cradle I had in my 330 would end up not charging the phone after about 3 or 4 months or only randomly charge when the cradle was in the open position with the phone connected and I would take it back to the dealer and they would fix it and then again couple months later it would stop charging.

Only a few times after I'm out of town and switched BT off from the phone to conserve battery. Mine is a Razr V3. The BT settings in both the phone and the car is very confusing, and Motorola's menu system can use some work.

Twice I had an issue with suddenly not pairing - and that was on two different BMWs. I realized both times that a person riding with me had a cell phone with bluetooth enabled. I think that must have confused the system. However I tried to duplicate this situation, and everything worked correctly, so I'm a bit confused. Maybe if there are two phones with bluetooth enabled the car gets confused too?

Had to do it two times now in 3 months of ownership. (Once today) and a little annoyed. I wonder if it has anything to do with me walking in and out of range of the car while it was warming up this AM in the driveway with the phone in my pocket....I figure it should just pair and unpair as it goes in and out of range, but this may confuse the darn thing....
Good questions OP, I was thinking the same thing this morning.

Here's an update. After I got the 27.2.1 software update, my BlackBerry 8703e was still pairing after the initial re-pairing... However, for the past 2 days, I have been unable to pair the device. I've had to delete the device and re-pair it...
